Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made LESS THAN 2 days prior to a rental reservation are subject to a 100% cancelation fee. This applies to ‘no-shows’ as well. Cancellations made MORE THAN 2 days prior to a rental reservation are subject to a 15% cancelation fee. Full payment is due at the time of booking and no rental is secure without full payment. The policies are set this way due to too many cancellations within 48 hours of rentals and a finite amount of equipment. Please note, upon request guests are allowed to reschedule a reservation up to 2 times within the same year without penalty. More than two requested reschedules will result in a forfeiture of the booking and all monies paid. Email Matt@prescottoutdoors.com if you have any further questions. 

Cancellations due to dangerous conditions, as determined by our staff, will receive a full refund. High sustained winds and intense lightning activity are the two main factors we consider when determining if conditions are dangerous. There is a considerable difference between less than ideal conditions or unpleasant weather and dangerous conditions. 

Cancellation policies for large or custom bookings are subject to change and will be communicated in the sales invoice.
